Boogie Box


I love the show SHARK TANK, where people bring there "ideas" to the "sharks" to get funding to make their company take off. Well..the Sharks wouldn't give these ladies funding but I loved the idea.

It is BOOGIE BOX.

I miss kickboxing big time! My abs were the best they have ever been when I was teaching kickboxing 3 times a week. I want the ripped abs back and I think BOOGIE BOX is the answer. Now I need to convince the gym here to pick it up.

The Doctors

I love this show! There is always great insight on things we all need to know. Today the Doctors talked about what workouts are the best for your body type. We all have different body types and it is important to know what body type we have so we can find an exercise that will help us reach our goal.

Chicago Marathon



After a summer with a sprained ankle I was worried about training and running a marathon in the fall. But, I did it! I completed my 2nd marathon in October. You can do anything you set your mind to do.
