I love this show! There is always great insight on things we all need to know. Today the Doctors talked about what workouts are the best for your body type. We all have different body types and it is important to know what body type we have so we can find an exercise that will help us reach our goal.

My nike plus chip is not working at the moment and before I get a new one I have been using this site to track my runs. Now I will have something to keep me on track. My official "marathon training" begins in 1 week!
